We offer four function suites, all beautifully decorated and varying in size to accommodate your special day, whether it is for 20 to 300 guests.
Fitzwilliam Suite & Wentworth Suites
This is a impressive suite and suitable for the large wedding receptions a elegant suite with ground floor entrance, which is air- conditioned and can seat a maximum of 300 guests for a wedding breakfast and evening function. The room also has a private bar and dance floor.
Yorkshire Room
A pleasant room with natural daylight and the added benefit of the conservatory seating area attached which your guests can relax in before and after your wedding breakfast. The room is ideal for the smaller wedding breakfast seating 36 guest maximum.
Elmhurst Training Room
The Training room is a bright room situated on the first floor of the hotel. This is a modern suite with the added benefit of air-conditioning and natural daylight. This room has fantastic views over the gardens. This room is suitable for 80 wedding breakfast guests maximum.
Elmhurst Suite & Lounge
This is lovely room with patio doors opening out on to the garden area. The room has the added benafit of air-conitioning. This room holds 60 guests for a wedding breakfast maximum and 80 guest for a evening function.The room also has a private bar and portiable dance floor.
As well as being a sought-after venue for wedding receptions, the hotel is also fully licensed for civil and commitment ceremonies. Offering a choice of three rooms dependant on your party size.
Fitzwilliam Suite
This is an impressive suite and suitable for the larger wedding ceremonies. A large elegant air-conditioned suite with ground floor entrance, licensed for a maximum of 180 guests.
Wentworth Suite
A lovely light and airy room with natural daylight, air conditioning and ground floor entrance, bringing a nice fresh feel to your ceremony. This room is licened for a maximum of 50 guests.
Yorkshire Room
A pleasant room with ground floor entrance, natural daylight and with the added benefit of the conservatory attached, which your guest can relax in after the ceremony. The room is ideal for the smaller ceremony and is licensed for 30 guests maximum.

If you wish to extend your celebrations into the evening, perhaps inviting further guests to help you celebrate your special day to the end, we can help create the perfect evening reception for you. We are also able to assist in arranging entertainment.
